The appointment for the Atlas was scheduled for 8:30 am. By 2:30, my husband attempted to call for an update and was put on hold for 15 minutes. He hung up and got a ride to the shop only to be lied to that they were working on the car at that point. The car was still sitting outside. They attempted to comp the tire rotation that they didn’t do. The paperwork stated the car was washed when it clearly was not. When I started the car the following day, a prompt came up that I had 800 miles until service needed to be completed. We live 50 minutes from the dealership and it is not easy to take it there. I have lost all trust that the oil was even replaced. A week prior I had told a few friends who were in the market for a new vehicle about how good of an experience we had with Flo. After Tuesday, I immediately called them and provided an update and warned them not to buy from this dealership. The lack of professionalism and lies have left me with zero confidence that they would take care of the car. I will not be back.

Dav was amazing. I dropped in without an appointment due to my oil light came on but I also needed a state inspection. Dav said just pull on in and we will take care of you. They took care of the oil level but noticed some issues that needed to be taken care of. David gave me an estimate and I took care of the things I could because I was not expecting anything extra. At the end of the visit they washed my car and I was on my way home. The best thing Dav remembered me from my last visit that meant a lot. VW Flow of Durham was great!! I will be returning

The actual repair work was fine, but waits are always long and the staff doesn't care. No apologies, no attempts to make things better. I waited 3.5 hours for a 20k service and an alignment with an appointment.
